It falls short to rest a person. In such a situation, Japan, which was still known for its strict working culture and overtime, is now going to make a big change. The Tokyo Metropolitan government has decided to implement a 4 -day workweight for its employees. This means that now government employees will work for only 4 days a week and will rest for 3 days or U say Japan now wants to join countries which are on top of the list of the most happy countries.
Let us know that the Tokyo Metropolitan government has also taken this decision in view of the declining berth rate of the country, so that the population gets up. Japan is planning to implement a 4-day workweight for government employees since this month. The 4 -day workweight has now become a global movement, not just a trial. In the year 2022, Belgium became the first country in Europe which legally implemented 4 days of workweight. Here employees can complete their 40 -hour weekly duty in 4 days, that too without salary cut. Also, “Right to disconnect” was also implemented, so that employees of big institutions are not obliged to answer email or message after office time. The same format is applicable in 73% of companies in Germany. Iceland conducted a 4-day workweight trial between 2015-2019. Apart from this, Denmark is already among the happiest countries in the world. Work-life balance is given the most priority here. Many institutes follow a 30-35 hour week, which gives people a lot of time for family, health and personal time.
