LGBTQ i.e. L. Lesbian, G Gay, B Biocestical, T Transgender and Q Quir Community have always been a part of our society. But homosexuality was ignored by most countries. If the family is a child or lesbian, then the parents first hide this thing and consider the child’s personality as a mental illness. The law may have approved this community, but the society is unable to accept these people while LGBTQ is a part of our society. Understand LGBTQ
Lesbian in LGBTQ community means one woman being interested in another woman. Gay means man’s interest in another man. Bisexuals means to be interested in both a boy and girl. Transgenders are those who change their penis and quir are those who are in dilemma about their sexuality. He does not understand whether he is a man or a woman.

Homosexuality is thousands of years old
The LGBTQ community has started being discussed since 1990. Earlier people did not know much about this, but this community has always been an important part of our society. Most of the victims of exploitation

Family members do not accept

LGBTQ does not get a job

Many times the teachers tell the parents that your child is different, get him admitted to another school. They do not get a job quickly. If there is no employment, no one’s life can be easy. There is a problem in making transgender ID and certificate because he is not aware of his right. The government does not even promote it. Many people do not have the money that they can undergo their sex change surgery because it costs millions of rupees. There is no government help for this surgery. If there was no transgender ID or certificate, then they would not have made TG Plus card under Ayushman Bharat Scheme. The Government of India opened the dignity home to teach skills to the people of this community but they got the fund only once.

Bean sex marriage is not a crime
Gay relationship is not a crime under Section 377 of IPC in India. As of 6 September 2018, it was considered a crime. The US, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Germany and France are not a sex marriage crime but it is a crime in countries like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Uganda, Yemen. Many gay couples have married in India. Such couples can get married in the Special Marriage Act. Section 4 of this Act is considered as gender neutral because it does not mention words like husband and wife. According to this act, two people can get married.
