Will they be able to be free from ADOR?
The long-awaited lawsuit between NewJeans and ADOR over an exclusive contract will officially begin in April.
According to the legal community, the 41st Civil Agreement Division of the Seoul District Court set April 3 at 11:30 AM KST as the first hearing date for the two parties.
Last November, NewJeans announced they would terminate their exclusive contracts with ADOR and file a lawsuit to regain the group name and continue independent activities.
