Ankit Rajput/Jaipur. A grand vintage car exhibition is held every year in Jaipur, there is a huge crowd to see rare and classic cars. In this episode, the 26th edition of the Vintage and Classic Car Show was organized by Rajputana Automotive Sports Car Club Jaipur in the lawn of Jai Mahal Palace. In this event held on 22 and 23 March, an exhibition of more than 100 years old cars was organized, which attracted the audience a lot.
Cars from Delhi, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Jaipur, Sikar and other cities of Rajasthan were displayed in this exhibition. The special thing is that the prized cars of Gayatri Devi of the former royal family also became a part of the show. People are not only looking at these cars closely, but are also doing photography with them.
Crores of vintage cars are included
Rare cars of independence were performed brilliantly in the Vintage Car Exhibition held at Jai Mahal Palace. This exhibition also includes those prized cars of the 80s and 90s, whose price has reached crores today. The special attraction included 1913 Ford Model T, 1919 Citron Roadster, 1930 Cord L29 Cabrilet, 1923 Austin Chammi, 106-year-old France’s 500cc Citron Roadster and Relay 2.5 RMD, which were once proud of kings and princely states.
Award distribution in different categories
There are many such cars in the exhibition, which used to be alone in the entire princely state in their time and were considered to be a symbol of people’s pride. In this event, the vintage car owners have brought their cars to Jaipur, which made this event even more special. In the exhibition, prize distribution will also be done in different categories of these cars. The organizers say that the main objective of this grand event is to promote tourism in Rajasthan and preserve historical heritage.
People’s entry in exhibition is absolutely free
A free entry has been kept to see the vintage car exhibition held at Jai Mahal Palace, so that people can enjoy these historical cars without any fee. From 9:30 am to 6 pm, people can watch these vintage cars closely and can also do photography and videography with them.
Car will be launched on the roads
After the exhibition of cars on 22 March, a grand drive of these vintage cars will be taken out on March 23 at 11 am, which will include thousands of people. During this time, it will be an exciting experience for the audience to see historical cars walking on the streets.
