In this way, the construction work of ropeway by October this year is scheduled to start at the ground level.
Completion time
It will take six years to complete the work of ropeway. Actually, there is snowfall for six months, so only six work can be done in a year. In this way, there is a possibility that by 2031 ropeway construction work will be completed. After this, the journey of Kedarnath will be only 28 minutes instead of 5-6 hours. Due to the ropeway, people of all ages will be able to see Kedarnath easily.
Devotees will get third option
At present, there are two options for going to Kedarnath, the first can be reached by traveling 7-8 hours and the second is helicopter service. Helicopter service is expensive and due to high demand, it is not available from Asani. For this reason, most devotees reach Kedarnath via ongoing inaccessible paths.
Cable car will run on two not three wires
In this ropeway, the world’s safest technology will be used for the first time in the country. Three S Tri cable technology will be used. In this, the cable car will run on three wires. This technique has been used in a few selected places in the world, this technique is considered the safest.
