Deepika Gave a Special Gift to Her Father: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has given a special gift on the 70th birthday of her father and India’s veteran badminton player Prakash Padukone. He has announced the expansion of Padukone School of Badminton, which aims to bring badminton to a new height in small and big cities of India. So far, 75 coaching centers have been opened in 18 cities under this school, including Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Mysore, Jaipur, Nashik, Udaipur, Coimbatore. The target is that by the end of 2025, 100 centers and 250 centers will be opened across the country in the next 3 years.
Deepika further wrote, “Papa, people who know you closely, they know that badminton is not just a game, but your passion. You still think about this game every day. We will make this passion a reality- badminton for everyone!”
