By using AC correctly, you can get relief in summer as well as avoid heavy electricity bills. Just you need to show some understanding.

In today’s time, AC i.e. air conditioner is found in many homes. At the same time, there are many people who are now thinking of buying a new AC. But it is a common concern for everyone that the electricity bill will come very much by running AC. Due to this fear, people either do not buy AC or use very little. However, if some easy measures are adopted, then the heat can also be relieved and the electricity bill can also be kept under control. Let’s know how this can be done …

What should be the temperature of AC? Experts say that it is best to keep AC temperature between 24 and 26 ° C. This not only costs less electricity, but the house also remains cold.

Now the question comes in the minds of many people whether the house will be cold at 26 degrees? The answer is – yes, it will definitely be there. For this, you have to take the help of fan. When you run a fan with AC, the cold air spreads well in the room and AC does not have to work hard.

If you want your AC to work well and save electricity, then it is very important to clean it from time to time. Especially clean the air filter of AC every 10 to 15 days. If the dust accumulates in the filter, the coolness decreases and AC has to run for a long time. This directly affects the electricity bill. That is why never ignore the cleaning of AC.

Use Eco Mode- Nowadays almost all ACs have an Eco Mode option. This mode reduces power consumption to a great extent. But many people either do not recognize or use this button. By turning on Eco Mode, AC controls the temperature according to the requirement and does not spend much electricity.

Close the fan at the right time- while driving AC, it is beneficial to ride the fan initially, because it spreads quickly in the cold air. But once the room cools down, you can close the fan. This will not load much on AC and will save electricity.

Save the room from the sun- If there is a direct sunlight in your room, then the room is hot quickly and AC has to work more hard. Especially in two -storey or upper floor houses, the cool comes late. In such a situation, you can run AC at 22-23 degrees initially and when the room cools down, increase the temperature to 24-25 degrees. This will reduce power consumption.
