Ride Gourd Fritters: The pakoras made of Gilki are wonderful in taste. This snack looks fun with tea during the rainy season with easy recipes, low content and crisp.

Essential Material:
-1 bowl gram flour
–3 to 4 onions (chopped into thick slices)
-4 to 5 green chillies (finely chopped)
-A little green coriander (you can increase the quantity if you want)
-Adle spoon cumin (can be roasted)
-Adle spoon turmeric
-Salt
-The aesthetic water
-Tele oil
-1 Gilki (washed and cut in round slices)
Method of preparation:
1. First take gram flour in a bowl and add onions, green chillies, coriander, cumin, turmeric and salt to it.
2. Now prepare a smooth batter by adding some water to it. Keep in mind – the batter is not too thin nor too thick.
3. Cover the batter for 15-20 minutes so that all the spices are mixed well.
4. Now heat oil in a pan. By the time the oil is heating, wash Gilki and cut its thin round pieces.
5. Dip each slices in gram flour batter and put it in hot oil.
6. Fry the pakoras on medium flame so that it is cooked well and become crisp from above.
7. As soon as the pakoras look golden brown, take them out.
Tip:
1. If you want, you can also add a little garam masala or chaat masala to enhance the taste.
