Material for making sago barfi
Sago- 1 cup
Coconut or Almond Milk- Half Cup
Grained sugar- 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder- half a teaspoon
Cashew- 6-7 grains chopped
Almonds- 6-7 grains chopped
Pistachio
Desi Ghee- 1 teaspoon
Dry coconut-1 spoon

Method of making sago barfi

First of all, put a pan on the gas and heat it. Now add sago to it and roast it. When the golden turns brown, turn off the heat. Let it cool down. Now put it in a mixer and grind it like fine powder. Remove it in a bowl. Now add sugar, cardamom powder, dry coconut and mix. Add milk and mix. Make it like a thick paste. Should not be wet or else the shape of Barfi will not take it soon. Now apply ghee in a plate. Put this paste on it and spread it well. Garnish the pistachios, cashews, almonds and garnish on top. Now cover it and keep it in the fridge for half an hour, so that it freezes. Now in the shape of Barfi, you cut it with the help of a knife. The delicious barfi of sago is ready.
