Material
-Ga cup desi ghee
-1½ cup gram flour
-½ cup semolina
-Iw ground sugar
-1 teaspoon cardamom powder
-The pieces of pistachios and almonds
1. Heat ghee
First of all, take a heavy bottom embroidery and add 4 cups of desi ghee and heat it on low flame. The use of desi ghee gives this barfi a special fragrance and rich taste.
Now add ½ cup of semolina to it and keep frying on low flame for 10-12 minutes. Putting semolina brings granular texture in barfi, which makes it different from the rest of the gram flour snow.
4. Add sugar and cardamom powder
When both gram flour and semolina are roasted well, add 4 cups ground sugar and 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder. Then fry continuously for 2 minutes so that everyone gets mixed well.

5. Set
Pour the roasted mixture in a greek plate or tray. Allow it to cool lightly, then place it in the fridge for 30 minutes so that the barfi is set well.
After the set, sprinkle pistachios and almond pieces from the top, press it lightly and cut it into the shape of your choice.
