A large number of Windows laptops are used around the world and a similar mode is available in them to extend the battery. However, many people are not aware of this. How to enable battery saver mode in Windows 10 or 11
In Windows’ Quick Settings panel, users get access to other frequently used features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Airplane Mode. You can also access this panel to quickly turn battery saver mode on or off.
For this you just have to press Win + A so that you can open the quick settings panel and after that you have to click on the Battery saver icon. Then you can enable or disable it.
If the battery saver icon is missing here, you can also add it manually. For this you will have to click on the pencil icon from the bottom and then select Add > Battery saver.

How to turn on battery saver mode through Settings app
- For this you will have to right-click on the Start icon and then select Settings from the list.
- Then you have to click on Power & battery from the System tab.
- After this, you will have to click on Battery saver under Battery.
- Then to enable battery saver mode, you have to click on Turn on now button.
If your battery saver mode is on, you will see the Turn off now button. Also, when you plug the laptop into a power outlet, the battery saver mode will be disabled.
