Toronto Canada. Canada India Foundation (CIF) has announced the Global Indian Award for 2024, and this year’s award will be given to Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation. Sadhguru has decided to dedicate the amount of 50,000 Canadian dollars that comes with this prestigious award to the organization ‘Kaveri Calling’, which is working to revive the rivers in India.

Kaveri Calling
Sadhguru has announced to donate the prize money to his organization Kaveri Calling. This organization is working to revive the Kaveri River and is working on a plan to plant 242 crore trees in India. So far 111 million trees have been planted. This is not only beneficial for the environment, but is also proving helpful in improving the economic condition of farmers.
