According to the information revealed, during the shooting of this film, Salman and his friends decided to go hunting. Mahipal Bishnoi, associated with the Bishnoi community, told that on the night of October 1998, the sound of gunshot was heard at around 2 o’clock in the night in Kankani village of Jodhpur.

When Poonamchand and other people of the village saw the light burning in the car at night, they became suspicious. When people immediately reached the spot, they saw that two blackbucks had been hunted. The villagers saw a gypsy running away from there. It was revealed that during the shooting of the film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ in Jodhpur, Salman Khan had gone hunting with his co-actors. Many film personalities including actor Salman Khan were accused of deer hunting. This matter is still pending in the court. Bishnoi community is against Salman Khan regarding this incident.

Why is Bishnoi community famous?
The Bishnoi community is a religious and environmental protection community, founded by Guru Jambheshwar Ji (also known as Guru Jamboji) in the 15th century. This society is mainly found in Rajasthan, Haryana and North-West India. The teachings of Vishnoi Samaj are based on environmental protection, protection of animals and social harmony. Bishnoi Samaj was founded by Guru Jambheshwar Ji in 1485 AD at Samrathal Dham in Bikaner district of Rajasthan. Guru Jamboji presented a list of 29 rules, which he called “Bish” and “Noi” (ie 29), and hence the name of the society “Bishnoi”. Vishnoi community is famous for its traditions of environmental protection and dedication towards animals.
