Aate ko soft naram kaise rakhe: Bread or paratha is an essential part in everyday food of us Indians. Many times, due to lack of time, people knead the dough at night and keep it in the fridge so that work can be done early in the morning. But the biggest problem is when the same dough is hard, drought or color has changed in the morning. This neither makes the bread good nor does its taste. In such a situation, the question arises, is there any way that remains soft and fresh even after keeping the dough in the fridge? Yes, there are some easy and effective tips with the help of which you can store the dough for a long time, without losing its quality.
If you want to store the dough in advance, then the beginning will have to be corrected from there. Use lukewarm water while kneading the dough. If you want, you can also add a little milk or a teaspoon of curd to the water. With this, the dough will not only become soft but will also remain fresh for a long time.
Suggestion: Knead the dough a little more, that is, mash it well with hands. By doing this, smoothness comes in it and even after storage, it is not strict.
It has often been seen that people keep the dough in the fridge after kneading or locks it in a loose container. This ends moisture and dries the dough. The best way is to keep the dough in an airtight compartment. Putting transparent plastic rap on top of this will be even better.
Suggestion: If you do not have a plastic wrap, apply a thin layer of ghee or oil on the dough before placing it in a steel or plastic box.

Whenever you store the dough, apply a little refined oil or desi ghee with light hands on it. This prevents the upper layer of dough from drying up and remains soft for a long time. Along with this, there is no strange smell in it.
Suggestion: If you want to store the dough for a long time (more than 2-3 days), then you can add a little lemon juice to it. It acts as a natural preservative.
When you remove the flour from the fridge, do not start rolling it immediately. Keep it at room temperature at least 15 to 20 minutes. This makes its temperature normal and makes it easier to roll the bread.
Suggestion: If the dough has become a bit hard, then add 1-2 teaspoons of lukewarm water and knead it again for 2 minutes. He will be soft as before.
