-Lell -2 tablespoons
-Jeera -1 teaspoon
-The dried red chili -2
-Tejipatta -1
-Casuri Fenugreek -1 teaspoon

-Ahg -1/4 teaspoon
-Kashmiri red chili -1/2 teaspoon

Step 2: Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, dry red chili and bay leaf to it. After this, add kasuri fenugreek, ginger, green chillies and asafoetida. Fry for a while so that the fragrance starts coming.
Step 3: Now add spices – Kashmiri red chili, turmeric and coriander powder. Fry them well so that rawness goes away.
Step 4: Now add prepared tomato pulp and cook until the spices start releasing oil. This is the stage that will give the vegetable real taste.
Step 5: Now add mashed potatoes and mix well. Add water according to the need so that the vegetable becomes thick or thin as you want.
