Ingredients

300 grams okra (in between)

4 cup tamarind pulp

2 tablespoon oil

Taste salt

½ tsp sugar

1 lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped coriander

1 tsp crushed peanuts (for garnish)

A little water

Spice

½ tsp fenugreek seeds

½ tsp black mustard seeds

4 tsp asafoetida

Paste

1 medium onion (chopped)

2 garlic buds

4 cups roasted peanuts

2 medium tomatoes (boiled)

½ inch ginger

½ tsp cumin

2-3 green chillies

2 teaspoon sesame

Way to make

1. First put all the ingredients of the paste in the mixer and make a smooth paste.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy bottom pan.

3. Add fenugreek, mustard and asafoetida to it.

4. When the spices start crackling, add prepared paste and cook on low flame until the oil comes up.

5. Now add tamarind pulp, salt, lemon juice, sugar and some water and cook again on low flame.

6. Heat some oil in the second pan and fry the ladyfinger lightly in it.

7. Now mix the fryed ladyfing in a paste and cook for a few minutes.

8. Garnish with peanuts, coriander and sesame from above.

9. Serve with paratha or rice.
