Essential things to make poha:
-Poha -2 cups (medium thickness)
-Lell -2 tablespoons
-Rai (mustard seed) -half a teaspoon
-The leaf-6-7 leaves
-Mungfali -2 tablespoons
-The chili-2-3 (according to your taste)
-This -1 medium (finely chopped)
-Tomato -1 (finely chopped)
-salt to taste
-Turni -Half a teaspoon
-Sachine -1 teaspoon (optional)
-Nem -Half
-Save -To insert from above (if it is)
Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and when it starts crackling, add curry leaves and peanuts. Fry the peanuts till it becomes golden so that it becomes crispy.
3. Putting vegetables:
Now add green chili – if you want to cut it long or fine, like you find it easy. Then add finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes light golden. After this add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Spices mix:
Now add salt and turmeric. Allow turmeric to cook slightly so that its rawness goes.
Now put that soaked pohe in the pan and mix slowly so that it is not broken. All things should be mixed well.
6. Flavor enhancement:
Now add a little sugar to taste and squeeze lemon juice on top. Mix both of them well too.
7. Sarva:
Now take out the pohe in a plate and if the house is saved, then put it on top. Hot Poha is ready – absolutely delicious and stomach filling.
