See the layer of milk when boiled

Identify water adulteration
Take a glass of glass and add some milk to it. Now drop a drop of milk from the upper surface in it. If the milk sits down directly and the white stripe is formed, then the milk is pure. If milk spreads like water, then there may be adulteration of water in it. This is also an effective way to identify adulterated milk.

Identification of detergent
Sometimes you must have seen that there is more froth in milk and it looks clean. This can be adulterated by detergents. In this case, mix 5ml milk with 5ml water and shake loudly. If the foam is made more and feels like soap, then the detergent may be found in it. Which can prove to be very fatal for health.
Check adulteration of starch
Many times milk is adulterated in milk or flour so that the milk looks thick and the shopkeeper can sell it at an expensive price. Put a few drops of iodine in a spoon of milk. If the color turns blue, starch has been added to it. With this you can identify adulteration.
Identification of adulteration of urea
Adulteration of urea is very dangerous for health. Take 5ml milk and add a little soybean powder to it. Then add a few drops of hydrochloric acid. If red color starts becoming in a few minutes, then it is adulteration of urea. So with this you can identify milk.

Identification of synthetic milk
