- Material
- 1 medium -sized cauliflower (clean and cut into large pieces)
- 4 raw potatoes (long chopped)
- 1 big onion (finely chopped)
- Spices: turmeric, salt, Kashmiri red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mango powder
- 2-3 table spoon cream or fresh cream
- 2-3 table spoon boiled green peas
- Kasaturi fenugree
- Finely chopped coriander
- 3-4 table spoon oil
The recipe for making is step by step
Preparation of cauliflower and potato
First wash the cabbage and cut it into thick pieces. Add turmeric, some salt and cashmere red chili to the cabbage and mix. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the cabbage on the medium flame until it becomes light golden. Take out the cabbage and fry the potatoes in the same oil and fry till it becomes golden. Then take it out.

Prepare the masala
Put some more oil in the same pan. When heated, add cumin seeds and then add chopped onion and fry on the medium flame till it turns golden.
Now put these things in it
- 1 table spoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of water so that the spices do not burn and cook well.
Secret confectionery touch
Now add 2 tablespoons spoon cream (or fresh cream). Mix well, the spices will become very creamy.
Now put these things in it-
- 1 table spoon crushed kasuri fenugreek
- 1 teaspoon mango powder
- 2-3 table spoon boiled green peas

Mix the vegetable
Now add fryed cabbage and potatoes to it. Mix light hands so that the masala sticks well on the vegetable. Remove tomato seeds, put small pieces, ginger in thin strips and add finely green coriander.
- Add ½ tsp garam masala and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- If needed, you can add 2-3 teaspoons of water.
