  • Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
  • Calonji – 1/2 tsp
  • Fast leaves – 1
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi – 1 Tsp
  • Green Coriander – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Mustard oil – 2 tablespoons

  • 1. First break the boiled potatoes lightly with your hand, so that the gravy is mixed well.
  • 2. Heat mustard oil in a pan, when light smoke starts coming out of the oil, add bay leaves, dry red chili, fennel and asafetida and add it to it.

  • Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – for kneading and frying

  • 1. First of all, soak urad dal for 2 hours and grind it.
  • 2. Add maida, semolina, ground lentils, green chillies, ginger, fennel, asafetida and salt in a bowl.

  • 4. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 30 minutes.
