How to transfer photos with the help of Photos App
-For this, connect your iPhone with a good USB cable.

-Now select the photos you want to transfer to your computer and choose where you want to save the file.
-Now your file will be transferred to PC.
How to Transfer iPhone Photos to PC Without Apps?
If you don’t have iCloud or iTunes on your computer and you want to transfer files without any additional installation, follow the steps below.
-Connect your iPhone to PC using your USB Lightning cable.
– If you don’t have iTunes, you’ll see the prompt ‘Allow this device to access photos and videos on your phone’ instead of ‘Trust this computer’. Click on ‘Allow’.

– Now, open File Explorer on your PC. You’ll see iPhone listed as a new device on the left sidebar.

Make sure you are copying the files and not moving them as the ‘Move’ option deletes the photos from the iPhone. However, if you are planning to clear your phone’s memory, then moving files is a better option.
