This app shows a moving dot on the screen depending on the direction of the vehicle’s speed. Dots move in the opposite direction of the car’s speed to help reduce motion sickness.

2-After this, tap on the app and turn on the Allow display over other apps toggle.

There is a separate setting for motion sickness in iPhone, by turning it on this problem can be avoided. Apple had announced to provide ‘Vehicle Motion Cues’ in its iOS 18 update, which will be rolled out soon.
Apple claims that research has shown that vomiting often occurs due to a lack of balance between what users’ eyes see and what their body feels while using an iPhone or iPad in a moving vehicle. After iOS 18 is introduced to everyone, this feature will be provided in both iPhone and iPad.
