Kylie isn’t the only Kardashian-Jenner speaking candidly about her plastic surgery past this week. On the heels of the 27-year-old’s shocking breast augmentation admission, Kris Jenner casually opened up via Instagram recently about getting a facelift over a decade ago.

In the midst of Kylie being praised online for sharing the exact specifications of her second breast augmentation, board-certified plastic surgeon Garth Fisher, MD, who the beauty mogul credited for the procedure, shared an Instagram post thanking her for the acknowledgment.

“I’m honored to be acknowledged by Kylie—her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated,” Dr. Fisher wrote. He went on to talk about patient confidentiality, noting that everyone at his practice signs NDAs and works under strict policies. After Dr. Fisher shared the post, Kris Jenner jumped into the comments and revealed that he’s actually the surgeon behind her first facelift.

“Garth, you are such a superstar class act,” the 69-year-old wrote. “You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!! and made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it’s like and not be afraid.”

Even though there’s been a lot of speculation in the last few weeks about whether Kris has had a second facelift recently, she’s never exactly been mum about getting the first one. She actually documented her experience getting the procedure in a 2011 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. While we know celebrities don’t owe us any details regarding the changes they choose to make to their bodies, we’ll always appreciate their honesty.
