Kylie Jenner has been spilling her beauty secrets via social media for the better part of a decade—but her biggest tip doesn’t involve any Kylie Cosmetics products. For the first time ever, the 27-year-old casually revealed via social media the exact specifications she asked for when she got her breasts done, and I have to say, I’m truly impressed with her response.
On June 2, a TikTok user named Rachel Leary shared a video respectfully pleading with the beauty mogul to share the information. “To me, you have got what I am looking for to have done in terms of a boob job,” Leary explained. “It’s like the most perfect, natural-looking boob job ever. They’re still big but whatever way you’ve had the implants—if they are implants—or if you had fat transfer, to me, it is perfection.”
Much to everyone’s surprise, Jenner hopped into the comments with a response, and even name-dropped her doctor. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle,” she wrote. “silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
In Leary’s next video, she thanks Jenner for her honesty while joking that she’s “sitting on a bad boy piece of information.” “this is why she’s for the girls 🩷 love u thank u,” she captioned it.

The internet has spent a very long time speculating on whether or not Jenner has had plastic surgery and what she’s had done if so. The youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling has been pretty open in the past regarding her journey with filler and Botox, but it wasn’t until a 2023 episode of The Kardashians that she confirms she got a breast augmentation at 19 (just a year before giving birth to her daughter Stormi Webster) and briefly talks about regretting getting the procedure done.
“I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits,” she said. “Like, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”
Jenner’s newest admission comes shortly after her best friend Stassi Karanikolaou spoke about her own plastic surgery experience on an episode of her podcast, saying she regrets getting a Brazilian butt lift. “It is something that I regret and that I’ve been actively trying to fix for so long,” she said. “I literally have another surgery like in a few weeks to try and reduce the size of it even more.” Regrets or not, we can’t say we’re not impressed with their openness.
