Listen to this article

Bread snacks: Often people either leave the remaining bread in the house to dry or feed someone in compulsion, but do you know that this remaining bread can do wonders in your kitchen? A snack can be formed that will be so tasty to eat that samosas, kachoris and potatoes will all fade. The special thing is that there will not be much oil in it and if you want, you can also bake and eat it. If there is a rainy season from above, then its combo with tea becomes even more fun. Let’s know step-by-step its easy recipe that will bring water to everyone’s mouth.

Tremendous combo of bread and wheat flour
First take the remaining bread. Cut its sides (edge) and make a fine sawdust by putting the inner part in the grinder. Now take wheat flour in a vessel and add it to the bread powder. Add salt according to the taste, add a little celery and one teaspoon oil. Now add some water and knead the dough. The dough should not be too hard and should not be too wet.

Heat a pan and add some oil to it. As soon as the oil is hot, add asafetida and curry leaves to it. Then add the crushed masala and fry lightly. Now add small pieces of cashew and raisins to it, so that both light sweetness and crunch are found.

Now mash boiled potatoes and add peas and some green coriander over it. You can also add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, mango or chaat masala according to the taste. Mix well.

Now make shape and prepare to cook

Now make small doughs of the dough that you had kneaded. Keep each dough light rolling and potato stuffing in the middle of it, if there is cheese or cheese in the house, you can keep a small piece in the middle – it will double the fun of eating.

Now close this dough and close it well. If you want, you can also give it a shape of samosas, but it will be easier to make round tikki.

1. Deep fry – crisp and golden brown will become.
2. Bake – You will get healthy snack in less oil.
3. Cook in App mold-crispy from both sides in a little oil.
I made it in App mold and also baked a batch. Its taste and texture was tremendous in both ways.
