-2 cup dry peas (drenched overnight)
-2 medium size potato
-Nem, turmeric, baking soda -as per taste

-Bhuna cumin, Kashmiri chilli, asafetida, bay leaf, coriander powder, garam masala, oil
Take equal quantity of coriander, mint and tamarind pulp. Soak tamarind in warm water and take out the pulp and grind everyone together, this is a very spicy chutney.
Step 3: Pea Tadka
Heat some oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, asafoetida, cumin, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli, and roasted cumin. As soon as the spices roast, add boiled peas to it. Mash the boiled potatoes together and mix. Add some water and cook on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally add garam masala on top.
Now take out this pea in a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger lacket and green coriander. Put that green chutney and sour-sweet tamarind chutney. Then go to chaat masala, black salt, roasted cumin and lemon juice.
Step 5: Brother Style Finnish
If there is a plate of both or leaf in the house, serve it in the licking. Put both the chutis once again from above, sprinkle a little onion, coriander and roasted masala. Now mix this chaat well – like brothers do.
