A businessman from Andhra Pradesh has done something to welcome his daughter and son-in-law, the video of which is now going viral on social media. On Makar Sankranti, the entire family was seen standing together to welcome the daughter and son-in-law.
Actually, the festival of Makar Sakranti is celebrated in different ways across the country. In such a situation, Satya Bhaskar, a businessman from Yanam, Puducherry and his family invited his son-in-law and daughter for a feast on Sankranti. In this banquet, the family served not 10-15 but 465 dishes in front of the daughter and son-in-law. Satya Bhaskar is a prominent businessman of Yanam. He celebrated the first day of Pongal i.e. Bhogi with pomp and made a 200 feet long garland of cow dung cakes and burnt it in the fire of Bhogi. All these dishes were prepared on this fire. Satya Bhaskar’s daughter Harinya had married Saket a year ago. In such a situation, the mother-in-law celebrated her son-in-law’s Sankranti with a grand feast.
All these recipes served to the daughter and son-in-law were vegetarian. On the occasion of Sankranti in Yanam of Pondicherry, the new son-in-law is invited. To welcome the new son-in-law, on this festival the in-laws prepare various dishes and feed him.

Harinya of Yanam got married to Saket of Vijayawada last year. This was Saket’s first Sankranthi festival at the in-laws. He was served 465 dishes!!
