Ingredients (for 4-5 people):
-Sabut coriander -1 cup
-Desi Ghee -4 tablespoons
-Cazu-10-12 (chopped)
-Badam-10-12 (chopped)
-Makhana -1/2 cup
-Narial Bura -2 tablespoons
-Kishmish -2 tablespoons
-The Chinese or Bura -1/2 cup (as per taste)
1. Frying coriander:
First of all, fry the whole coriander on a low flame till it turns golden. After cooling, grind it coarsely in the grinder.
2. Makhana and Roas Roas:
Now add ghee in a pan and fry till the first Makhane becomes crisp. Then add cashews, almonds and raisins and fry it till it becomes light golden.
After turning off the gas, add boora or ground sugar to it. Mix everything well and let it cool down completely.
How to serve:
1. You can eat it by offering it to Lord Krishna and then you can also eat yourself.
2. If you want, Panchamrit can also be served with it, but first registrary and then Panchamrit are given.

Some special things:
1. If you want to keep it for a long time, then you can also make it without raisins and coconut, this increases its life.
2. Eating it in the fast does not cause weakness and the stomach is also full.
3. You can also add cardamom powder or dried rose petals as per taste.
