Ingredients for peanut-puddle chutney:
1. Roasted Peanut – 1 Cup
2. Mint leaves – 1 cup
3. Green Coriander – ½ cup
4. Green Chilli – 2 (or according to taste)
5. Ginger – 1 inch piece
6. Garlic – 2 to 3 buds (as desired)
7. Lemon Juice – 1 Table Spoon
8. cumin – ½ tsp
9. Salt – according to taste
10 water – as per need

1. If the peanut is already roasted, then cool it down and take it out.
2. If you have taken raw peanuts, fry it on low heat and then remove the peel when cooled.
3. Now add peanuts, mint, green coriander, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin and salt to the mixer jar.
4. Add some water to it and grind it well. If needed, make a smooth paste by adding some more water.
5. When the chutney grinds well, add lemon juice to it and stir it once again.
6. Now this sauce is ready to serve.

How to eat?
1. You can eat this sauce with samosas, pakoras, dosa, paratha or khichdi.
2. It can also be used like bread spreads.
3. If you want, you can also eat it with plain roti – the taste will look amazing.
