In the world of makeup, we’re seeing the continued prevalence of the no-makeup makeup for brides (with searches up +72 percent). This natural, barely-there style is perfect for any bride looking to enhance their look in a soft and subtle way.
But there is a major change: glow.
Terms like ‘natural glowy wedding makeup’ and ‘soft glowy makeup wedding’ rose by +154 percent and +201 percent, respectively. And in line with the influx of brown wedding themes, ‘bronzy glowy makeup wedding’ has grown by +152 percent since last year.
Bridal Nails Meet 2025
The manicure is more important than ever before, so it’s only right that bridal nails get their fair share of trends. We’re beyond a standard white or a classic nude. Instead, trends indicate a surge in more whimsical, colorful options, with searches for ‘lace wedding nails‘ up +129 percent and ‘dusty rose nails’ up +164 percent. Even super trendy looks, like ‘bridal chrome nails’ and ‘golden wedding nails,’ have gained traction this year, with a 41 percent increase and 70 percent increase, respectively.
If there’s one thing that surprised us on this list, it was red bridal nails. This unconventional color choice rose by +131 percent since 2024, becoming a dominant and surprising trend.
Bridal Hairstyles Get Floral
When it comes to bridal hairstyles, 2025 is going in a distinctly floral direction. Terms like ‘bride hairstyles with flowers’ and ‘bride hairstyles with flowers’ both saw gains of over +140 percent. And with major trends in natural earth tones and vintage rings, it’s no surprise that ‘boho wedding hair flowers’ rose a tremendous +324 percent in 2025.
The return of boho wedding styles combined with the brown aesthetic and vintage details creates a historical romance-inspired vision. And we are so on board (like Pinterest board, get it?).
