-1 green chillies (finely chopped)
-3 teaspoon potato bhujia
-4 teaspoon Navratna mixer
-The coriander (finely chopped)
-1/2 tsp chaat masala
-1 tsp salt (as per taste)

-1/2 tsp black salt
-1 lemon juice (as per taste)
Now put puffed up in a big mixing bowl. Then add finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and green chili. Add potato bhujia and Navratna mixtures to this mixture. Navratna mixtures contain materials like peanuts, papad and dal, which further enhances the taste of BHEL.
3. Pour spices and chutney:
Now add green coriander, chaat masala, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, black salt to this mixture. Mix all these well. Then squeeze lemon juice and mix it well. If you like more sourness, then you can also add tamarind chutney or green coriander chutney to it.
Mix everything well and taste. If needed, you can increase spices or salt further. Mix this mixture well, so that all the spices get absorbed in the puffed up.

Now take it out in a beautiful bowl to serve this ready BHEL. Garnish by adding green coriander once again. Your delicious Murmura Bhel is ready.
Tips:
-You can use any salty or chips according to your choice in this bhel.
-If you do not like spicy, then you can add less green chillies.
Instead of lemon juice, you can also add sour-sweet chutney of tamarind, this will increase even more taste.
