- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Rye – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Garlic-4-5 buds (finely chopped or paste)
- Green Chilli-1-2 finely chopped
- Tomato – 2 medium (finely chopped)
- Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
- salt to taste
- Water – 1.5 to 2 cups
- Green coriander – for garnish
Method of making step by step as follows
1. First of all, wash the pohe in a sieve and wash it with light hands in the flowing water. 2. Keep it for 5 minutes so that the water comes out and the poha becomes soft. Heat the oil in the pan, add mustard seeds and asafoetida. Then add curry leaves, green chillies and onions and fry till it becomes golden. Now add turmeric and salt and mix. Add soaked poha and mix well. Finally add lemon juice and green coriander and fry for 2 minutes.
Prepare the way
Heat oil in the pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add onion and fry until golden. Now add garlic and green chillies, then add tomatoes and cook till it melts.
