Red greens- half a kilo
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Dry red chili-2
Cumin- a teaspoon
Oil-1 tbsp
Salt-sufficient
Asafoetida-1/4 teaspoon
Rye-1/4 teaspoon
Garlic- 2-3 buds chopped
Amchur- Half a teaspoon

First of all, clean the red greens with water. Add oil to the pan. Add asafetida, cumin, whole red chili, garlic to it. Fry some seconds and then add greens to it. Now add the rest of the spices like turmeric powder, mango powder and stir well. Now you will see that water has left it. Cover it and let it cook. Gradually the water will dry up.
