Actually, women and girls are being given training in making artificial jewelery in Khaira market of Jamui district. Komal Kumari, the operator of Kavya Beauty Parlor in Khaira Bazaar, gives this training to girls. For this they do not have to spend much money and all these girls are given this training for 3 months.

These girls are given training in artificial jewelery making by Komal Kumari. Along with this, they are also given training as beauticians. Girls are given beauty tips and Komal gives the training required to run a professional beauty parlor to all the girls. For 3 months training, each girl has to pay a registration fee of only Rs 400. This training camp is being organized through Jan Shikshan Sansthan, in which any girl can take training in both these things. Currently, more than two dozen girls are coming to take training from Komal and they are learning the techniques of making artificial jewelery as well as becoming beauticians.

Girls can stand on their own feet
Komal Kumari told that this program is being run by Jan Shikshan Sansthan. Through which I was first given training. Then I train the rest of the girls on all these things. He said that the girls studying here can go out and work in their own beauty parlor and artificial jewelery and earn money and make themselves financially strong. He also said that at present girls from far flung areas of the district come to him for training. Asha Kumari, a girl who was taking training, said that women are being made successful through all these trainings. She said that being a girl, they need to stand on their own feet to get out of the house and keep pace with the society and in all these ways girls are learning a new skill.
