Material:
– 4 kg tomatoes
– 1 pav (250 grams) beetroot (for color)
-4-5 cardamom
-2-3 cinnamon
– 140 grams of sugar
– 4 teaspoons red chili powder
– 2 teaspoons black pepper powder
– 1 teaspoon ginger powder
– 2 teaspoons black salt
– 2 teaspoons simple salt
– 60 ml vinegar
