To make Gravy Veg Manchurian, you have to prepare some vegetables first. In this, cabbage, carrots, capsicum and green onion are used more. You can add more vegetables according to your choice.
1. 1 cup finely chopped cabbage

6. 1 tbsp red chili sauce
7. 1 tbsp green chili sauce
8. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
9. ½ tsp Vinegar
10. 1 cup of water
11. 2 tablespoons of cornflour solution
12. Salt as per taste
Recipe
1. Prepare Manchurian Balls
First of all, add all the chopped vegetables in a large bowl. Mix a little salt and leave it for 5 minutes so that the water of the vegetables comes out. Now squeeze the excess water well. Add cornflor, maida, black pepper and red chili powder to it. Keep in mind that do not use water, only the moisture texture of vegetables is enough to tie the batter. Give the mixture of small balls and fry on medium flame till it turns golden.
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili to it and fry for 1 minute. Now add onion and capsicum and fry on the high flame for 1 minute. After this, add soy sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar and mix well. Add salt and pepper.
3. Mix cornflour solution
To thicken the gravy, add cornflour solution slowly. Also add 1 cup of water and let it come to a boil. Consistency of gravy can adjust according to your choice.

4. Add Manchurian Balls
As soon as the gravy becomes right, put the prepared Manchurian balls in it. Just cook till 1 boil so that the taste of gravy goes well in the balls. Do not cook for a long time, otherwise the balls will become soft.
Garnish the veg manchurian with hot gravy with green onions. Serve it with fried rice or noodles, if you want to eat it as a starter, you can also make a dry version.
1. Insert the Manchurian balls in the gravy immediately after frying.
2. Do not cook the vegetables too much, their crunch should remain.
3. Add less salt because the sauce already contains salt.
